"আমি নিবেদিতা মুখার্জী,, যোধপুর গার্লস এর ছাত্রী ২০২২ এ উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষাএ উত্তীর্ণ হই কিন্তু তার আগে covid 19 এ আমার বাবার কাজ বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ায় গৃহ শিক্ষক এর কাছে পড়া সম্ভব হয়ে ওঠেনি তাই সেই এক বছর আমার পড়াশুনা সম্পূর্ণ বন্ধ হয়ে যাওয়ায় ভালো নম্বর নিয়ে পাস করা সম্ভব ছিলোনা সেই সময় আমি পাশে পাই OCWE সংস্থার কিছু দাদা ও দিদিদের যারা আমাকে যথা সম্ভব সাহায্য করে পরীক্ষা এ ভালো ভাবে পাস করার জন্য,, মাত্র ২/৩ মাস এর মধ্যে তারা আমাকে সম্পূর্ণ ভাবে পরীক্ষার জন্য তৈরি করে দেয় ও অবশেষে আমি ভালো ফল সহ পরীক্ষাএ উত্তীর্ণ হই... এই সংস্থার সব দাদা দিদিরা খুব ভালো আর বন্ধুসুলভ. আমি উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক এ ৭৩% নম্বর পেয়ে পাস করি আর বর্তমানে পাটুলি সংলগ্ন K.K. DAS College এ B.A Honours a porasuna korchi."

"I joined this organisation around november 2022, i saw their activity on facebook and approached them, what i love about this team is everyone is treated like family and given tasks and responsibilities which brings a sense of purpose and belongingness. meetings have always involved everyone which means everyone is a stakeholder in every decision and there is complete transparency in day to day operations and future plans as well as financial statements. Everyone in this team operates at the ground level which makes the effort effective and ultimately we get huge response from the benefactors of our campaign. we have members dedicated to specific operational areas which helps us in precisely doing our role and getting the best results. we are a team of motivated hard working goal oriented passionate folks who make things happen."

"On Facebook I was scrolling through the post and have shown the Organisation for Children & Women Empowerment. The activities they rolled were heart touching which I feel to join the team and on Jun 2023 I have joined the team. 1st event I have learned so many activities. In the team everyone does their responsibility towards the event. I feel joyful to join the new family member. Basically when we give the material towards the children and women and see their peace full smile it's making us so happy. And hope we will do more good activities and provide material towards children and women."

"সমাজে প্রতি এক জন মানুষ এক নয়, বিভিন্ন মানুষের বিভিন্ন সমস্যা রয়েছে, এবং এর জন্যই একজন ব্যক্তির পাশে দারাতে অপর একজন এগিয়ে আসে। আমাদের এনজিও OCWE ও এই বিষয়টি কে মাথায় রেখে গড়েছে এবং কাজ করছে। সকল মানুষের পাশে থাকা আমাদের দায়িত্ব, এবং এই দায়িত্বটি আমরা প্রথম দিন থেকেই পালন করছি। আগামী দিনে এও করবো। আমাদের এই পরিবারে যেকোনো সংস্থিতি মানুষের পাশে থাকতে থাকবে, এটি আমাদের অঙ্গীকার।"

"For the first time i visited durganagar and it was peaceful. I tried to co-operate with the members for the work distribution and helped them with my utmost. Serving for others is a selfless act. We should continue to do so with our team. It was great working with so many people it was fun too. I learnt and experienced so many things. Spending one whole day with villagers is a different feeling. I hope and pray that we can continue our work sincerely for a long time. Good work to all of us. Thank you."

"ভারতে প্রত্যেক ৮ জন শিশুর ১ জন শিশু শ্রমিক (৫-১৪ বয়স), যা শিশুদের শৈশব, তাদের সম্ভাবনা, তাদের মর্যাদা থেকে বঞ্চিত করে এবং শিশুর শারীরিক ও মানসিক বিকাশের জন্য ক্ষতিকর তার সাথেই নারীদেরও স্বনির্ভরতা অর্জন করতে হবে তার জন্যই ORGANISATION FOR CHILDREN & WOMEN EMPOWERMENT কাজ করে চলছে, আমি অনেক দিন ধরেই এই সনস্থার সাথে যুক্ত হওয়ার চিন্তাভাবনা নি, কিন্তু সৎ কাজে দেরি না করে এই পরিবারের একজন সদস্য হই। শিশু ও নারী বিকাশ নিয়ে যে চিন্তা ধারা Jaydeep দা ( chairperson of OWCE) দেখিয়েছে ও সবাইকে নিয়ে এগিয়ে এসে মাঠে কাজ করছে এটা সমাজের অন্য মানুষদের ও প্রভাবিত করবেও আমি মনে করি বেশির ভাগ মানুষদের এগিয়ে আসতে হবে আর এই বিষয়ে সতর্ক করতে হবে, পাশে থাকতে হবে অসহায়দের."
